The good news is that Talking Matters is a free service funded by the NHS to help you if you are feeling especially down or anxious. And what’s just as important is that you can get help in a way that is convenient for you. You might benefit from seeing someone who can help you, but if that’s not right for you, you can get support over the telephone, or even via the computer – at any time of day or night.
