Important Information – COVID-19

Please be assured that we are still here to provide support. The majority of our appointments are currently being delivered via video-call or over the phone and we want to reassure you that you can still access the full range of therapies via virtual means.

We would like to reassure you that we are slowly increasing our in-person face-to-face offer and are offering limited face-to-face consultations. These requests are being discussed on an individual basis.

Our venues are not currently manned so please do not attend them- stay safe by staying home!

*UPDATED PHONE SELF REFERRAL PROCESS*
To make a TMN phone referral you must now leave a voicemail with your name, date of birth and a contact phone number. We will aim to call you back as soon as possible between 9am and 5pm from a private number – this may take a few days. We will make 2 attempts to speak to you between 9am and 5pm but IF WE ARE UNABLE TO CONTACT YOU YOUR REFERRAL WILL BE CLOSED AND YOU WILL NEED TO CALL BACK.
If you have any concerns about being able to make a referral online or through this call system you can speak to your GP about them referring on your behalf.

You can also email us on tmn.info@nhs.net.
