Update November 2021

Our main venues in Alnwick, Ashington, Berwick, Blyth, Cramlington, Hexham, Morpeth and Prudhoe are open for face to face appointments.
We continue to offer video and telephone appointments as we have had positive feedback about how flexible clients have found these. However, we also recognise that digital appointments are not possible or preferable for everyone.
If you do attend our venues, please be mindful that we are following government guidelines for healthcare settings and will ask clients to wear a face covering unless exempt. All of our venues have been risk assessed and measures to reduce transmission of COVID are in place.

If you previously agreed with your therapist to return to TMN when face to face was more widely available, please get in touch with us to discuss your options.

*UPDATED PHONE SELF REFERRAL PROCESS*
To make a TMN phone referral you must now leave a voicemail with your name, date of birth and a contact phone number. We will aim to call you back as soon as possible between 9am and 5pm from a private number – this may take a few days. We will make 2 attempts to speak to you between 9am and 5pm but IF WE ARE UNABLE TO CONTACT YOU YOUR REFERRAL WILL BE CLOSED AND YOU WILL NEED TO CALL BACK.
If you have any concerns about being able to make a referral online or through this call system you can speak to your GP about them referring on your behalf.

You can also email us on tmn.info@nhs.net.
