Sometimes we get stuck in our routines and they seem impossible to break, like looking too closely at a mosaic, you can’t see the bigger picture – so you need to take a step back.

By doing one or two small things differently a day, it can instantly change our routine, change perspective and can help us realise that we can do things differently and it can feel good.
Good health is generally considered as an absence of physical illness, and although this can be a part of health it’s not the full mosaic.

Health and Wellbeing encompasses all aspects of you, your physical, mental and emotional health as well as your lifestyle, home life, debt or social connections in the community. It’s you as a whole person that needs to feel well.

The New Economics Foundation have done a lot of research on this and have developed the 5 Ways to Wellbeing – sounds so simple doesn’t it? There are some really small and effective changes you can may each and every day that can improve how you feel.
